About the Event
The Care for Children Charity Golf Outing is our biggest fundraising event! Between the great food and the wonderful prizes, this outing is just as much fun to attend as it is for us to put on. Each year the golf outing offers several chances to win different prizes in the raffle including new golf clubs, goodie baskets donated by a number of sponsors, as well as the very coveted "mystery prize". The food will be provided by Great Caterers of Iowa and is out of this world! The event itself is 4-person best ball and is great for competitive and casual golfers alike.
Our goal is to raise enough at this event to completely satisfy the needs of at least three hospitals across the state of Iowa. So save the date, May 2nd, 2020 so you can help support our cause. The start time is at 9:00 A.M. at Toad Valley golf course in Pleasant Hill, IA, but be sure to arrive a little early so you can get a chance to warm up and buy raffle tickets.
